When you create an account, we collect your chosen username and email address. Your IP address is logged during registration for abuse prevention. We do not collect or store any other personal information.
2. No Tracking
XgnMail does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or any form of user surveillance. We do not serve ads and do not share your data with third parties.
3. Email Content
Your email content is stored on our servers to provide the email service. We do not read, scan, or analyze your email content for advertising or any other purpose. Emails are stored in encrypted storage at rest.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data including emails will be permanently removed.
5. Security
All connections to XgnMail are encrypted with TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are configured to protect against email spoofing.
